Returns
If you receive a product that does not conform to your order, you should immediately notify the employee who is making the delivery.
If you notice any non-conformity after receiving the order, you should call the contacts 213639339, or if you prefer send an email to smu@escoteiros.pt from Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm.
We do not exchange items made available to the customer that are not claimed at the time of delivery.
Order Cancellation
The customer may cancel their order at any time up until delivery, with the right to a refund of the amount paid.
Failure to pay for the order within 20 days of the date on which it was definitively placed will result in its automatic cancellation.
